Marissa Leivas joined Lombard Consulting Services in 2015, with 14 years of experience in the construction industry and an emphasis in construction defect. Ms. Leivas has vast experience in complex litigation, working with large insurance carriers, third party administrators, legal representatives, and commercial and residential builders. She worked previously as a construction and defect claim handler to Zurich North America for 10 years where she specialized in large exposure developer, general contracting, and subcontractor claims for commercial and residential properties in various states.
