LCS Attends Perrin National Construction Defect Conference, Fort Lauderdale

November 10-12, 2021 – Perrins National Construction Defect Conference did not disappoint. In attendance was LCS Business Development Director Jason Brown. This two-day event was a great opportunity to see new faces and learn about the new laws and statutes arising out of the recent tragic Surfside Condo collapse. Topics of discussion were WRAP Policies: The Ethical Issue Whether to Tender, Florida Homeowner Litigation, Handling Excess Claims, and CD in a Post Surfside Building Collapse World.
